Neef Taklon Series 995is a short handled, angle shader taklon brush with a nickel plated brass ferrule. The Angle Shader is often used for special effects such as painting petals, leaves and other similar design work. It is sometimes referred to as a 'Rose Petal' brush. A flat-ferruled brush with an angled top edge used for blending and floating colour.
